Company Title/Self-managed Buildings

A strata/project manager only when you need one. We appreciate what is involved in managing a company title building and that this is usually performed by shareholders. We can manage all aspects of your building from general upkeep to one-off major maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

Holiday House Maintenance

Do you have a holiday home that needs a little love or something more? We look after some holiday homes 2-3 hours out of Sydney. We usually spend 2-3 days at the property powering through a list of jobs. For larger home improvement projects, we source local trades/builders & project manage the whole process, keeping you informed along the way.

Refurbishments/Larger Projects

We take on major projects for clients from roofing repairs/replacements, structural issues, plumbing, carpentry, electrics, water proofing etc. We partner with some of the best trades in Sydney or we carefully source the required specialists to perform the task, working with the client throughout the whole project. We would be happy to have an initial meeting to see if we could help.

Property Management/Leasing

We manage a small number of rental properties in the Sydney area. We manage the advertising, screening of tenants with private one on one inspections & the final selection of tenants in consultation with the landlord.

Consulting

Do you have an issue with your property and are not sure where to start, who to talk to, who to listen to? Struggling to find the time to deal with your property issues?

What needs doing? We act as your independent advisor, we work with engineers, trades etc. and determine the issue(s) at hand. We then submit a report outlining issues and the next steps forward.

If there are issues that need to be resolved, we can then manage the work on your behalf using our trades or you may want to take over and manage it yourself.
