We are certified Building Practitioners - Class 2 (unrestricted), in accordance with the Design Builders Practitioners Act 2021. This qualification enables us to undertake a wide range of building projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
We have established reliable partnerships with Design Practitioner Engineers, allowing us to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Alternatively, we are happy to collaborate with other Certified Design Practitioners.
Our client base is diverse and includes owners of free-standing homes, terraces, individual apartments, as well as entire residential apartment buildings. We offer our services directly to clients, ensuring a personalised approach that addresses their specific requirements.
In addition to working with individual property owners, we collaborate closely with Body Corporates (Owners Committees), Building Managers and Strata Managers. This allows us to effectively coordinate projects and deliver tailored solutions across a range of residential settings, ensuring a smooth process from planning through to completion.
We collaborate with some of the best and most talented trades in Sydney and have worked with them consistently over the years. They understand and partner with us to provide quality workmanship that produces an exceptional result for our clients.
We operate on a win-win basis; the client receives a quality result, the trade/contractor is paid a fair price, and we work as partners with the client across all aspects of a job with honesty and integrity. All the trades understand this, and we have been working with most of them for at least 10 years. All trades are fully licensed.
We manage each project as if it was our own property. We thoroughly investigate all options for projects, and decide on the best solutions in consultation with you the client and the trades. We keep you informed at all stages and ensure your property is kept clean & neat throughout the whole process.
