THE PROPERTY: Balcony rebuild - Balmain

THE RESULT:

• Remove existing decking, balustrades, floor joists, timber beam and all posts supporting balcony floor.

• Supply new concrete blob footing for new steel post supports, install new DAR (dressed all round) treated pine posts.

• Install DAR primed whaler plate and beam with floor joists.

• Install new DAR hand rail and rebated bottom rail, with treated pine pickets, Ironbark decking boards screw fixed to joists.
