We also assisted with meeting & shortlisting builders that renovated the bathrooms, the owners managed the renovation.

IMPROVEMENTS:

• Re-designed outdoor area off main bedroom.

• Replaced and extended roofing in outdoor eating area.

• General maintenance: storm water/drainage plumbing, new door hardware, new gates installed, re-tiling etc.
