This a large beautiful Victorian House that has been converted into 7 single room apartments with a predominantly tiled roof & some corrugated sections that required some significant repairs.

THE RESULT:

• Rotten battens under damaged tiles replaced.

• Damaged skylight dome replaced.

• Replace defective/cracked tiles with matching profiles.

• Defective roof sheets were replaced.

• Customised flashing to replace rusted out sections.

• Chimney flashing repaired/replaced, and chimney pots flashing replaced.

The total job was completed quickly and well within a budget as the building was leaking.
