This property had a significant number of trees around it, too many for the Magpie to manage.

Cleared gutters are very important for a property, blocked gutters cause leakage behind fascia & down the inside of walls &/or the cavity of a structure.

In areas where there is not a lot of leaves it is still advisable to flush the gutters out when they fill with residue (at least every year), in the long run it extends the lifetime of your gutters.

THE RESULT:

• Clear all gutters.

• Pop-rivet and silicone joins.

• Install gutter guards – we recommend “Leaf Stopper” for corrugated iron roofing.

• Special mention to the help; the magpie was very curious about the whole process, he/she did help a little!
